If you are unable to access your purchased course due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided:
- You have contacted our support team
- We are unable to resolve the technical issue within 48 hours
- You have not accessed more than 10% of the course content
3.2 Course Cancellation
If Gradeperfect cancels a course before it begins, you will receive a full refund. If a course is cancelled after it has started, you will receive a prorated refund based on the remaining content.
3.3 Duplicate Payments
If you are charged multiple times for the same course due to a system error, we will refund the duplicate charges immediately upon verification.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed courses or programs
- Digital materials that have been downloaded
- Live sessions that have already occurred
- Personalized study plans or assessments
- Certificates or completion documents
- Change of mind or personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with course content (unless due to misrepresentation)
