Our Founder Story
Urvashi's journey began with a passion for mathematics — as an RMO and INMO awardee and department topper from IIT Delhi, later representing her institute at Harvard and NTHU Taiwan. She went on to become one of the youngest management consultants at BCG, working extensively on projects with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Information and Technology.
Gradeperfect was born from this journey — to build an education model that truly fits the modern learner: one that values connection over instruction, adapts to a rapidly evolving global standard of student performance, and meets young minds where they are — curious, ambitious, and ready to grow.
