About the role
This Subject Expert & Program Lead role involves delivering high-engagement instruction across international boards (IB, IGCSE, CBSE, ICSE), Olympiads, and standardized test prep, alongside designing rigorous academic materials. Ideal candidates should have strong subject expertise, excellent english communication, and a student-centric mindset
What you'll do
- International Boards: Teaching IB, IGCSE, CBSE, and ICSE curricula with unique pedagogy
- Olympiads & Challenges: Training for national and International competitions
- Standardised Tests: Preparing students for subject-based aptitude and admission exams.
- Content Development: Designing rigorous, structured, and student-friendly materials
What we're looking for
- Master’s degree in the subject preferred (minimum: Graduate with proven teaching experience)
- Open to Brilliant Fresher
- Strong subject expertise in their subject
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Confident, energetic, growth-oriented, and student-centric mindset
