Yes, you can switch between plans at any time. If you upgrade to a longer-term plan mid-cycle, we'll adjust your billing accordingly and apply the appropriate discount to future sessions.
You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without any charges. For all packages, missed sessions with less than 24 hours notice will be deducted from your package allowance.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your first session, we'll provide a full refund. For all packages, we offer prorated refunds for unused sessions within the first 30 days.
